RB2508 Robot gekruist rollager

Het RB-type is een basismodel kruisrollager met een gedeelde buitenring en een geïntegreerde binnenring. Het is vooral geschikt voor toepassingen die een hoge rotatienauwkeurigheid van de binnenring vereisen. Het wordt bijvoorbeeld veel gebruikt in de roterende secties van indexeertafels in werktuigmachines.

Producteigenschappen:
Gekruiste rollagers bestaan uit twee rijen cilindrische rollen die orthogonaal onder een hoek van 90° zijn geplaatst op V-vormige loopbanen, waarbij nylon afstandhouders de rollen scheiden. Dankzij deze structuur kan het lager tegelijkertijd radiale belastingen, axiale belastingen en momentbelastingen vanuit meerdere richtingen weerstaan. De afmetingen van zowel de binnen- als de buitenring zijn compact, en het ultradunne type benadert de minimaal mogelijke afmetingen terwijl de hoge stijfheid behouden blijft. BYC Boying gekruiste rollagers kunnen precisie tot P2-klasse bereiken.

Toepassingen:
Robotverbindingen, koppelmotoren met directe aandrijving, precisie-inspectie-instrumenten, precisie-draaitafels en soortgelijke uiterst nauwkeurige roterende systemen.
